ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm James. I hold a BA in English Language & Literature and I'm currently studying for my Master's in English. I'm TEFL certified (150 hours) with a further 40-hour online teaching certificate, and I currently work as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in a senior high school in Japan. Over the past two years I've taught English both online and face-to-face, and in 2026 I've been teaching online through my own tuition service. I'm a native UK English speaker, and every lesson is one-to-one and built around your goals.
